Dr. Jean Phillips is a professor of Human Resource Management at Penn State University, with a PhD from Michigan State University in Business Management and Organizational Behavior. Her interests include recruitment and staffing. She was in the top 5 percent of published authors in Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology in the 1990s and received the 2004 Cummings Scholar Award from the Academy of Management. She is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Ricky Griffin joined the faculty at Texas A&M University in 1981. During his career at Texas A&M, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, management, and international business. Ricky’s research interests include workplace aggression and violence, workplace culture, organizational security, and leadership. His work has been published in such journals as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Journal of Management.

In addition, Dr. Griffin has also co-authored or authored several leading textbooks and scholarly books. His ebooks have been used at more than 500 colleges and universities on 5 continents and have been translated into Russian, Polish, Spanish, and even Chinese. Professor Griffin has served as Director of the Center for Human Resource Management and Head of the Department of Management at Texas A&M University. He has also served as Interim Dean and Executive Associate Dean at the Mays Business School.

Dr. Stan Gully is a faculty member in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University in 1997. He teaches a range of courses on topics like organizational learning, recruitment, and leadership, using innovative methods. His teaching has received awards from both Michigan State and Rutgers University.
