Frederick A. Starke

Dr. Frederick (Fred) Starke is a Professor Emeritus at the Business Administration Department, University of Manitoba. He got his B.A. and M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University and earned his Ph.D. from Ohio State University. He has been actively involved in research, teaching, and administration at the University of Manitoba, Canada, since 1968. His teaching interests focus on organizational politics, goal setting, decision making, and conflict resolution. He has published research articles in scholarly journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Administrative Science Quarterly, and the Academy of Management Journal. He also writes articles for professional journals such as Information Executive and The Journal of Systems Management. His best-selling textbooks, Contemporary Management in Canada and Business, are used in community colleges and universities in Canada.

George Dracopoulos

George Dracopoulos

Professor George Dracopoulos is a management and marketing professor at Vanier College and McGill University. He co-authored over 5 business textbooks and has been invited to provide seminars, motivational speeches, and keynote addresses across North America and Europe. In his career as an educator, Mr. Dracopoulos has been honoured with many distinctions and awards for his teaching ability and for his entrepreneurial knack for building real-world links and creating programs for his students.

Dr. Ricky Griffin joined the faculty at Texas A&M University in 1981. During his career at Texas A&M, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, management, and international business. Ricky’s research interests include workplace aggression and violence, workplace culture, organizational security, and leadership. His work has been published in such journals as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Journal of Management.

In addition, Dr. Griffin has also co-authored or authored several leading textbooks and scholarly books. His ebooks have been used at more than 500 colleges and universities on 5 continents and have been translated into Russian, Polish, Spanish, and even Chinese. Professor Griffin has served as Director of the Center for Human Resource Management and Head of the Department of Management at Texas A&M University. He has also served as Interim Dean and Executive Associate Dean at the Mays Business School.

Ebert is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he lectures in the Management Department and serves as an advisor to college students and student organizations.Ronald draws on more than 30 years of teaching experience at such schools as University of Washington, Sinclair College, Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania), University of Missouri, and Consortium International University (Italy).
