Deborah E. Bouchoux

Deborah A. Bouchoux, Esq. is an accomplished attorney with over 25 years in legal education and 20 years of practice. As an adjunct at Georgetown University’s paralegal program, she also served on its advisory board. Her teaching began at the University of San Diego and The George Washington University. Ms. Bouchoux has presented on various legal topics and trained professionals in private firms, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits, including NCAPA and FINRA.

She has collaborated with government agencies like the FDIC, U.S. Department of Justice, and the USPTO. Ms. Bouchoux holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University (summa cum laude) and a BA in American Studies from San Diego State University (magna cum laude). She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and has authored over 15 textbooks and articles, enhancing educational resources in the field.
