Dr. Michael G. Roskin is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Lycoming College. Professor Roskin got his A.B. at the University of California at Berkeley and M.A. at the University of California at Los Angeles. He served as a journalist and foreign service officer for the U.S. Information Agency before getting his Ph.D. in international relations at The American University.
