Carol S. Saunders

Dr. Carol S. Saunders is a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida). Dr. Saunders has received lifetime achievement honours from two disciplines: the LEO award in the Information Systems (IS) discipline and the OCIS Division of the Academy of Management's Lifetime Achievement Award. She is a Schller Senior Fellow, an Association of Information Systems Fellow, and the 2020 Distinguished Educator (awarded by the Education Special Interest Group for Information Systems).

She served on a variety of editorial boards, including as Editor-in-Chief of MIS Quarterly for three years. Overload, sourcing, virtual teams, business models, and control are some of her current research topics. She has articles published in prestigious management, information systems, computer science, and communication publications.

Dennis F. Galletta

Dennis F. Galletta

Dennis F. Galletta (Ph.D., University of Minnesota) is the Katz School's Director of Doctoral Programs, an adjunct at Harvard's Summer Program, and an MIS Professor. He is an AIS Fellow, has received an AIS Lifetime Achievement Award, and served as President of AIS (a global association of Information Systems Faculty) in 2006. He was formerly a Ben L. Fryrear Faculty Fellow at Katz.

With Keri Pearlson and Carol Saunders, he co-authored an MBA and EMBA-level core course Information Systems textbook that has the greatest market share in the segment, published by Wiley.

Keri E. Pearlson

Professor Keri Pearlson is the Executive Director of the MIT Sloan School of Management's Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan: The Interdisciplinary Consortium for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (IC)3.

Pearlson earned a doctorate in business administration (DBA) in management information systems from Harvard Business School, as well as a master's degree in industrial engineering and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Stanford. She was selected "2014 National SIM Leader of the Year" after organising the Austin Society for Information Management (SIM).
