Michael J. Hitt

Dr. Michael A. Hitt is a University Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Texas A&M University and received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. He has co-authored 28 books and numerous journal articles, being recognized as one of the 10 most cited authors in management over 25 years. Hitt is considered one of the top management scholars by the Academy of Management Perspectives and is the highest cited author in strategic management. He has served on multiple editorial boards, including as editor of the Academy of Management Journal. Hitt has received honorary doctorates, multiple prestigious awards, and is a fellow in various academic societies.

R. Duane Ireland

R. Duane Ireland

Dr. R. Duane Ireland is a University Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, where he previously held leadership roles and taught strategic management. With over 200 publications, including 25 books, his research interests include diversification, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship. He has served on numerous editorial boards, was a past president of the Academy of Management, and is recognized as a highly cited author. Additionally, he has received multiple awards for his contributions to academic journals and research.

Robert E. Hoskisson

Robert E. Hoskisson

Dr. Robert E. Hoskisson is the George R. Brown Emeritus Chair of Strategic Management at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. He earned his Ph.D. from UC-Irvine and focuses on corporate governance, acquisitions, international diversification, and cooperative strategy. He teaches related courses and has co-authored 34 books. Hoskisson has served on several editorial boards, including as Associate Editor for the Strategic Management Journal. His research appears in over 130 publications and he is recognized among the most cited authors in strategic management. He is a fellow of the Academy of Management and a member of the Academy of Management Journal’s Hall of Fame.
