Sandra Steen

Professor Sandra L. Steen teaches at the Paul J. Hill School of Business and Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business, University of Regina. She leads executive education sessions and has expertise in organizational behaviour and human resource management, holding an MBA from the same university. With over 25 years of experience across various sectors, she teaches undergraduate, MBA, and Executive MBA programs. She co-authored Canadian Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Sandra is a Certified Human Resources Professional and serves on the Saskatchewan Public Service Commission.

Steven McShane

Steven McShane

Steven L. McShane is a Conjoint Professor at Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle (Australia), with previous roles at Gustavson School of Business (Canada), Simon Fraser University (Canada), and the University of Western Australia. He teaches organizational behavior in the IMBA program at Antai College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Known for his teaching quality and innovation, he receives high ratings from students in various cities and is a popular visiting speaker globally.s.

Steve earned his PhD from Michigan State University in organizational behavior and labor relations. He also has a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. Steve was past president of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and served as Director of Graduate Programs at Simon Fraser University. He has conducted executive programs with various organizations, including Nokia and ALCOA.

Along with coauthoring Organizational Behavior, Steve is lead coauthor of Canadian Organizational Behaviour, Organisational Behaviour: Asia Pacific, and M: Organizational Behavior. He is also coauthor of editions or translations of his organizational behavior books in other countries.
