When Should You Use This Page?

• Your requested textbook or resource is not currently listed in our online catalog.

If you have not received confirmation from us yet, please email us first. We recommend waiting for our availability confirmation and price quote before completing any payment.

How the Process Works

Step 1 – Send Us Your Request

• Book title
• Author name
• Edition
• ISBN (if available)
• The type of resource you need (textbook, test bank, instructor manual, solution manual, audiobook, eBook, etc.)

Step 2 – We Check Availability

Our team will verify whether we can obtain your requested material. We’ll then reply with:

• Availability status
• Format information (PDF, ePub, etc.)
• Any important notes
• Your discounted custom price

Step 3 – Complete Your Payment

After receiving our confirmation:

• Enter the quantity required to match the total amount we quoted (e.g. $5, $20 or $24 USD etc).
• Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.
• We also accept PayPal, Wise, cryptocurrency, and e-Transfer (Canadian customers only).

Step 4 – Receive Your Files

Once payment has been verified, your order is processed manually.

Most custom orders are delivered within 24 hours. Your files will be sent to the email address used during checkout, ready to download and use on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
