This latest Dynamic Business Law: The Essentials 4th edition (PDF) continues and advances the pedagogical strengths of earlier editions. We knew that the 4th edition needed to be different from the 3rd because the law is always evolving. Certain areas of business law experience recurring revision and re-examination. For example, we created new material for this latest fourth edition emphasizing cyber law, privacy, and immigration law. In addition, every author pledged to refresh our chapters with recent developments in business law. Future business leaders need knowledge of existing business law as well as a set of skills permitting them to adjust effectively and efficiently to new legal issues as they arise over the course of their careers. We are excited about the contents of our features and want to explain the function of each of them in preparing college students for leadership positions in the business.

Designed for business majors taking a one-semester Business Law course, Kubasek, Dynamic Business Law: The Essentials 4e, incorporates an emphasis on critical thinking, an ethical decision-making framework, and a focus on business relevance. Updated coverage on privacy, cyber law, and immigration law provides a framework to help law or business students think critically about these evolving topic areas. With McGraw-Hill Connect® (not included in this sale), all students can benefit from SmartBook® and additional critical thinking practice.
