Jack R. Kapoor

Dr. Jack R. Kapoor is a Professor of Business and Economics in the Business and Services Division. Professor Kapoor has taught Business and Economics at the College of DuPage since 1969. He got his B.A. and M.S. from San Francisco State College and his Ed.D. from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Kapoor was recently awarded the Business and Services Division's Outstanding Professor Award.

He is known internationally as a co-author of several textbooks, including Business, Business: A Practical Approach, and Focus on Personal Finance.

Robert J. Hughes

Robert J. Hughes

Dr. Robert J. Hughes specializes in business administration and college instruction. He has taught Introduction to Business for over 36 years both online and on-campus for Richland College. In addition to Business and Foundations Of Business, Dr. Hughes has authored college textbooks in business mathematics and personal finance and served as a content consultant for two popular national television series, "Dollars & Sense: Personal Finance for the 21st Century" and "It's Strictly Business."

Bob is also the co-author of a new online Introduction to Business course for Dallas County Community Colleges that accompanies the Foundations Of Business textbook. In addition, he is the lead author for a business math project utilizing artificial intelligence and computer-assisted instruction funded by the ALEKS Corporation. Robert is the recipient of 3 different Teaching in Excellence Awards at Richland College.

William M. Pride

Dr. William M. Pride is a Professor of Marketing, Mays Business School, at Texas A&M University. Dr. Pride got his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. He is the co-author of Cengage's FOUNDATIONS OF BUSINESS, a market leader. William teaches Principles of Marketing at both graduate and undergraduate levels and constantly solicits student feedback important to revising a Principles of Marketing textbook. His research interests are in promotion, advertising, and distribution channels. His research articles have appeared in major journals in the fields of marketing, such as the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Journal of Advertising. Bill is a member of the American Marketing Association, Society for Marketing Advances, Academy of Marketing Science, and the Marketing Management Association. He has received the Marketing Fellow Award from the Society for Marketing Advances and the Marketing Innovation Award from the Marketing Management Association. Both are lifetime achievement awards.
