Dr. Alan Sangster has more than thirty years’ experience as a university accounting teacher. Having worked in 6 universities in the United Kingdom and the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil, he is now Professor of Accounting at Griffith University in Australia and Editor of Accounting Education: an international journal.

Alan has a PhD in accounting education, is the co-author (along with Frank Wood) of the top-selling textbook Business Accounting, has published over sixty book chapters and research papers, and has presented his research at more than hundred conferences globally, including many plenary presentations.
