Dr. Andrew J. DuBrin is Professor Emeritus of Management in the E. Philip Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he served as team leader and department chairman. Professor Andrew has taught courses and conducted research in organizational behavior, leadership, management, and career management. He presents at other career schools, colleges, and universities. He got his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University. He has experience in human resource management and is a business and personal consultant in leadership, career management, and management development. Professor DuBrin is an established author of both trade books and textbooks, and he contributes to professional journals, newspapers, magazines, and online media. Dr. Dubrin has written many textbooks on management, organizational behavior, leadership, political behavior in organizations, human relations, and impression management. His trade books address management issues from team play, charisma, and office politics to overcoming career self-sabotage, and mentoring and coaching.
