Patricia Sánchez Abril serves as the Interim Dean of the University of Miami School of Law and is a Professor of Business Law at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. After earning her degrees from Duke University and Harvard Law School, she embarked on a career in international corporate law and held key roles in business and legal affairs at a prominent entertainment company. Her scholarly contributions have been featured in prestigious publications such as the American Business Law Journal, Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, Florida Law Review, University of North Carolina Law Review, Wake Forest Law Review, Yale Journal of Law and Technology, and Columbia Business Law Journal, among others. Susan S. Samuelson

Dr. Susan S. Samuelson is a Professor Emerita at Boston University with A.B. and J.D. degrees from Harvard. She practiced corporate law at Choate, Hall and Stewart and received the Broderick Prize for teaching excellence at the Questrom School. An esteemed legal professional, she has published widely in journals like American Business Law Journal and Harvard Journal on Legislation.
