Organizational Behaviour, 7th Canadian edition, (PDF) is truly a Canadian product. While it draws upon the strongest features of its American cousin, it states its own vision and voice. It offers the context for understanding organizational behaviour (OB) in the Canadian workplace and stresses the many Canadian contributions to the field. Subject matter shows the broad multicultural flavour of Canada and also emphasizes the roles of women and visible minorities in the workplace. Examples show the broad range of organizations in Canada: large, small, private, and public sector, unionized and non-unionized.
