The updated Organizational Behaviour: Improving Performance and Commitment in the Workplace, 5th Edition (ePub/PDF) continues to strike the perfect balance between academic rigor and a student-focused approach. Current and engaging examples help university students relate to the content, using scenes from popular films and television series to demonstrate topics in action. In addition, this updated edition describes cross-cultural differences emphasizing cultural diversity in the workplace. Every chapter speaks to the learning objectives of Organizational Behaviour (OB) from a conversational and manager’s lens, focusing on each topic’s performance, retention, commitment, and overarching organizational impact. As a result, this product is known for answering the ‘so what’ of OB in a way that is both academically sound and engaging for students. The innovative pedagogy, combined with an evidence-based approach, ensures research and accuracy are at the forefront of each chapter. This Fifth Canadian Edition‘s cover image, featuring Rose Apothecary from the award-winning TV sitcom Schitt’s Creek, reiterates the intersection between fun and theory that the authors stand by. Schitt’s Creek, as an example, is found within the OB on Screen feature, focusing on how two business partners, David and Patrick, approach and resolve conflict when their relationship is valued above all. McGraw-Hill Connect (not included in the sale), an award-winning digital teaching and learning solution, is available for purchase to complement Colquitt. Using Connect, instructors can use McGraw-Hill’s trusted content to deliver assignments, quizzes, and tests online seamlessly.
