Mary Meinzinger

Mary Meinzinger Urisko, J.D., is a professor and the Paralegal Studies Program assistant director at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. She has been a faculty member since 1989 and holds a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University. She got her JD from the University of Detroit School of Law and is a member of the Michigan State Bar. At Madonna University, she teaches legal research, paralegal studies, business associations, computer-assisted legal research, and legal research on the net.

Professor Roger LeRoy Miller studied at the University of Chicago and the University of California at Berkeley. He has been on the staff of a number of universities, including the University of Clemson University, Washington, and the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught, among other subjects, intellectual property, and entertainment law. He has published in the Insurance Counsel Journal, Defense Research, California Trial Lawyers Journal, Antitrust Bulletin, Wisconsin Law Review, and Connecticut Law Review. He has authored or co-authored numerous leading textbooks, including Business Law: Text And Cases, Business Law Today, The Legal Environment Of Business: Text And Cases, Fundamentals Of Business Law, And The Legal Environment Today.
