Feist has authored multiple textbooks and received teaching awards from UC Berkeley and UC Davis.

Feist and Rosenberg’s Psychology: Perspectives and Connections 5th Edition serves as an in-depth introduction to the field of psychology, specifically aimed at helping students go beyond their initial, possibly superficial understandings of the subject. This textbook is structured to encourage learners to critically reassess the thoughts and beliefs they harbor as they embark on their academic journey.

Throughout the 5/E course, students will acquire the skills needed to question their existing assumptions, grasp the fundamental components of scientific research, and appreciate the complexity of psychology, where it becomes evident that no single perspective can encapsulate the entirety of human behavior and mental processes.
