Mark E. Young

Dr. Mark E. Young serves as Professor Emeritus at the University of Central Florida. He earned his bachelor's degree from Miami University, his master's from Wright State University, and his doctorate from Ohio University. With over 30 years of experience training helpers and more than 15 years as a therapist in community mental health, private practice, college counseling centers, and corrections, Dr. Young brings a wealth of knowledge to his field. He is also a co-founder of the UCF Marriage and Family Research Institute, which has been dedicated to teaching relationship skills to low-income couples since 2003.
