Comprehensive, user-friendly instruction in workplace writing, business writing & technical communication. Today’s employees are tasked with writing documents such as memos, letters, emails, and informal reports, as well as more complex forms of communications such as formal reports, web pages, proposals, and presentations. Technical Communication, MLA Update, 14th Edition PDF builds upon the authority of the previous editions by clearly guiding college students to write documents persuasively, effectively, and with an eye towards global communications and technological innovations. It incorporates the interpersonal, ethical, logical, and cultural demands of these different forms of workplace communications and provides the students with necessary skills to navigate these nuisances. Building on writing and research skills and touching on the importance of ethics, the authors prepare college students for technical writing in any of their chosen field.
